Moving into University Apartments for Graduate & Family Students

Welcome to University Apartments!

To help make your move a little easier, we have put together some information to guide you through the move-in process and answer all of your questions.

The University Apartments South front desk will contact you prior to move in to schedule a move-in orientation. Please bring all necessary documentation with you to your appointment at the front desk: student ID, driver's license, visas and passports, postdoctoral letters of appointment, one form proving proof of relationship such as marriage certificates, children's birth certificates, joint banking statement (establishing at least one year), shared utility bill (establishing at least one year), or past shared lease/rental agreement (establishing one year).

The University Apartments front desk is located at 3200 Sawtelle Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90066 and is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Limited weekend and after hours appointments can be accommodated. Please call (310) 398-4692 to schedule a move-in appointment. For residents with families, both the resident and spouse/domestic partner must be present at the time of move in to receive the keys for the apartment.

Please Note: Parking in University Village is restricted. Commercial moving vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and pods are prohibited from parking on University property and must park on the street. If you wish to reserve a space on the street to park your moving vehicle, please call the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) at (213)485-2298. You must call LADOT 10 working days prior to your move-in date to reserve a space.
