Located around UCLA, these University-owned apartments and condominiums provide attractive choices in a range of prices. Both the apartments and condominiums are conveniently situated near campus, with easy access to major freeways, public transportation, cultural venues, parks and beaches.
Apartments
The University offers four distinct apartment buildings for faculty. The Faculty Levering, Weyburn, and Wilkins properties are located in Westwood Village, adjacent to the campus. The Clarington property is located 5 miles south of campus in the Palms neighborhood. Move-in costs are affordable: a security deposit and the first month's rent. All apartments have convenient month-to-month rental agreements. No pets are permitted in University Apartments. "Service Animals" are accommodated.
Studios
Available for faculty and staff, Weyburn Commons offers short-term accommodations from a 30-day minimum stay up to four months maximum. These furnished studios were designed for one occupant, but can also accommodate the UCLA affiliate’s spouse. Parking is an additional charge. The household goods shown on our promotional website are not provided.
Condominiums
For those who prefer more space and amenities, the University owns several condominiums near campus. Village Terrace is located in Westwood Village, the beautiful condominiums of Park Wilshire are in the Wilshire Corridor, and Colina Glen at the top of Beverly Glen. The condominiums require either a six-month or one-year lease, a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Upon move in, a non-refundable move in/move out fee may be applied.
Single Family Homes
The University owns and operates single-family homes located on the Westside.
