We are excited to welcome students for Fall 2023!
The housing portal slows down as multiple students check their move-in information. This affects our ability to check on housing information as well. We thank you in advance for your patience as we answer your emails as quickly as we're able.
Assignment FAQs
Why wasn’t I assigned with my requested roommate(s)?
If you were not offered to the same building and room type, we were not able to assign you together. Additionally, if one of your requested roommates selected a Living Learning Community, then not all roommate requested could be accommodated based on space availability.
I have someone I want to swap with, how can I do that?
Mutual swap, Change of Assignment Requests are available starting 8:00 a.m. on August 29, 2023. They will be available until 8:00 a.m. on September 11, 2023.
How do I opt in or out of gender inclusive housing?
Please send us an email to opt in or out of gender inclusive housing. Please note, your building and room type may have to change as a result of this request.
How do I change my move-in time?
You can make a change via the move-in website.
Arrival, Unloading and Parking
Students will be sent their specific unloading zones and long term parking lots in August. Upon arrival to campus, vehicles will be directed to unloading zones, where excited move-in assistants will be waiting to help unload the vehicle, get the student checked in and up to their room to start unpacking.

Dining
Your contracted meal plan begins with dinner on Sunday, September 24, 2023. Students will have 3 gratis meal swipes daily available to use from the start of move-in (September 20) through the start of the meal plan (September 24).
