What to Bring
Rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and desk chair, and storage space for each resident. Residents need to bring their own towels, pillows, linens to fit an extra long twin bed (36" x 80"), and a non-halogen desk lamp. Students also provide their own soap, shampoo, etc. and laundry supplies. Residents may also wish to bring a stereo, television, clock, fan, computer, power strip/surge protector.
There are printing kiosks available on and off-campus, so to save room, students may not want or need to bring their own printer. There are also vacuums available to borrow from your front desk, but students may want to bring a mini vacuum or other cleaning supplies for their room.
While free standing microwaves are not allowed, students may want to order a combination microwave and mini fridge- a microfridge! Ordering will be available through the move-in website once room assignments, roommates, and move-in information is released.
