Building Details

The original four buildings on-campus, our classic buildings offer the high rise experience. They feature community bathrooms with 4-6 shower stalls, toilets and sinks, as well as study lounges on every floor. The four classic halls, Dykstra, Rieber, Hedrick, and Sproul are located at each court around the Hill and have double and triple room types. The communal laundry room is located on the ground floor of each building. Aside from the study lounges, each building also offers large social lounges where students can enjoy different programs put on throughout the year.  Although the buildings do not have air conditioning, nice breezes off the ocean that is only 5 miles away, help keep temps cooler.

Every room is furnished with a bed (twin XL), desk, dresser (both closet and drawer space) for each resident.
