Building Details

The suites, Hitch and Saxon, are our most unique building types. Each complex is broken up into smaller buildings, with outside entrances to each unit. The suites have a common living room space, and two rooms that share a bathroom. With a recent renovation, the suites have more indoor and outdoor social and study space. There are also community laundry rooms at Hitch and Saxon. Although the buildings do not have air conditioning, nice breezes off the ocean that is only 5 miles away, help keep temps cooler. The suites are also nestled within many large trees that offer shade throughout the community.

Every room is furnished with a bed (twin XL), desk, dresser (both closet and drawer space) for each resident. The living rooms are furnished with a couch, chairs, coffee table, and multipurpose table.
