Weyburn Terrace is a nine-building, 1,340-unit complex containing furnished studio apartments, two-bedroom/two-bath apartments and two-bedroom/two-bath townhouses designed to meet the numerous demands and rigors of graduate school.
In addition to the residential areas, the third floor of Weyburn Commons offers an expansive recreation room complete with a pool table, large screen TV, and lounge seating that residents can access to relax and socialize. Lastly, the fourth floor houses a large multipurpose room and beautiful patio area to be used for student and academic events.

What to Bring and Not Bring
Bring minimal furnishings as the units are small and fully furnished. Studio apartments are 300-385 square feet and two-bedrooms average 785 square feet. Bring your own:
- Sheets and towels
- Pots, pans, plates, silverware, toaster
- Stereo, TV, computer
- Toiletries
- Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies
Please do not bring the following items as they are not allowed in the apartments:
- Barbecues
- Waterbeds
- Queen-size or larger beds
- Loft kits
- Washing machines or clothes dryers
- Any pets or other animals. "Service Animals" are accommodated.
