Mailing Addresses for Weyburn Terrace & Hilgard
Please use the mailing addresses listed below to receive mail and packages. Your apartment number can be found in your Assignment and Move In Information email. To avoid delays, have senders use your name as it appears on your housing contract. Mail and packages sent prior to your scheduled arrival date will be returned to sender, so please plan accordingly.
UAN staffs a mailroom to process letters and packages delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Weyburn Terrace and Hilgard residents. Letters will be placed in the mailboxes near the main entrance of each building. Packages delivered via USPS will be held in the Mailroom. You will receive an email notification when you receive a package and must present a valid photo ID when picking up your package. The Mailroom is located on the ground level of the Paseo building at 11000 Weyburn Drive.
UAN does not receive or deliver non-USPS items, so packages from UPS, DHL, FedEx, Amazon Fresh, etc. are delivered directly to your building by the carrier, who by agreement with UAN has access to the building gates.
There is also an Amazon locker near the Mailroom in Paseo. When ordering from Amazon, consider using the "Weyburn" locker as your delivery option.
