Each apartment is furnished and has a full kitchen including stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Each building has its own laundry room. The washers and dryers are operated by WASH, an online payment system. Residents will need to bring dishes, utensils, pots, pans, toaster and other small appliances; cleaning equipment, such as a broom, mop, vacuum, and cleaning supplies; laundry supplies, towels, and toiletries. Beds are extra long twin size and need linens (36'' x 80'').
Items that are not permitted in the apartments include:
- Flammables/combustibles/explosives
- Hoverboards
- Halogen lamps
- Gasoline/fuel
- Firearms/weapons
- Pets- Service or Support animals registered and approved with the Center for Accessible Education are permitted
- Grills
- Air conditioning units
- Space heaters
