We are excited to welcome you to campus for summer! Below is important information regarding your move-in.
You can now review your summer assignment, roommate, and move in information via your housing portal. Once logged in, select Manage Your Housing, then select your 2024 Summer Session Booking. Lastly, select View Assignment Information from the available drop down menu.
Checking In: On-Campus
Check-in for Session C is on Sunday, August 4, 2024 and students can check-in via a satellite desk in Rieber Court beginning at 9:00 a.m.
There will be move-in carts available. Additionally, there is pay by space parking available in Lot 11, or metered street parking for unloading. The Rieber turnaround will not be accessible to vehicles.
Checking In: University Apartments
Check-in for Session C is Sunday, August 4, 2024, and students can check in at the University Apartments North Administrative Office at 11020 Weyburn Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90024. The Administrative Office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but we ask that students plan to arrive between 12:00 p.m. (noon) and 6:00 p.m.
If students are checking in between the hours of 9:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m., they may request access via the sentex box (outside the office) or call 310-983-1300.
Staythrough
If you are living in University housing for the 2024-2025 academic year there will be a staythrough available. We will send more information in August, but you will be able to purchase a staythrough that allows you to transition from your summer space to your academic year room.
