We are excited to welcome you to campus for summer! Below is important information regarding your move-in.
You can now review your summer assignment, roommate, and move in information via your housing portal. Once logged in, select Manage Your Housing, then select your 2023 Summer Session Booking. Lastly, select View Summer Housing Room Information from the available drop down menu.
Checking In: On-Campus
Check-in is on Sunday, August 6, 2023 and students can check-in via a satellite desk in Rieber Court beginning at 9:00 a.m.
There will be move-in carts available. Additionally, there is pay by space parking available in Lot 11, or metered street parking for unloading. The Rieber turnaround will not be accessible to vehicles.
Checking In: University Apartments
Check-in is Sunday, August 6, 2023, and students can check in at the University Apartments North Administrative Office at 11020 Weyburn Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90024. The Administrative Office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but we ask that students plan to arrive between 12:00 p.m. (noon) and 6:00 p.m.
If students are checking in between the hours of 9:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m., they may request access via the sentex box (outside the office) or call 310-983-1300.
