All undergraduate apartments come fully furnished and have a shared kitchen and living room. Each student will have a bed (twin XL), desk, closet and drawer space. There are couches, coffee tables, and dining tables in the living and dining areas. All utilities are included, along with wireless internet and SpectrumU streaming service.

Gayley Court Apartments
Gayley Court is located at 715 Gayley Avenue on the west side of campus, near the UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center. It is a 5 story apartment complex with central heating and air conditioning. Common space includes a large, lush central courtyard and a study lounge.
Gayley Heights Apartments
Gayley Heights is located at 10995 Le Conte Avenue at the corner of Le Conte Avenue and Gayley Avenue. It is a 17 story apartment complex with central heating and air conditioning. Common space includes a courtyard with barbecues, a mailroom, and an exercise room. There is no parking at this building.
Glenrock Apartments
Glenrock is located at 558 Glenrock Avenue, within walking distance to campus. It is a 6 story LEED certified complex with central heating and ceiling fans. . Amenities include balconies on some units, a spacious courtyard, barbecues, rooftop patios, and a fitness center.
Gayley Towers
Gayley Towers is located at 565 Gayley Avenue, near the corner of Strathmore Place and Gayley Avenue. It is a 6 story building with wall unit heating and air conditioning. Amenities include a spacious courtyard and balconies on some units. .
Glenrock West Apartments
Glenrock West is located at 555 Glenrock Avenue, at the corner of Levering Avenue and Glenrock Avenue. It is a 6 story building with central heating and air conditioning. Community spaces include a rooftop patio, study lounges, fitness room, and a central courtyard.
Landfair Apartments

Laurel Apartments
Laurel Apartments is located at 920 Weyburn Place. It is an 8 story complex with central heating and air conditioning. Amenities include barbecues, and a spacious multi-purpose lounge. There is no parking at this building.
Levering Terrace
Levering Terrace is located at 885 Levering Avenue. It is a 10 story complex with wall unit heat and ceiling fans. Furniture includes a twin extra-long bed, desk, and dresser for each student, as well as living room and dining room furnishings. There is no parking at this building.
