We are pleased to be opening 4 new apartment buildings in Fall 2022: Gayley Heights, Tipuana, Palo Verde, and Laurel Apartments.
Gayley Heights is a 17 story high rise, with ocean and city views, air conditioning, and a courtyard with barbeques.
Tipuana, Palo Verde, and Laurel Apartments also offers impressive views, air conditioning, spacious communal multipurpose lounges, barbeques, as well as a teaching kitchen, where chefs from our dining staff will offer classes.
All the buildings are a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores in Westwood. Additionally, students living in Tipuana, Palo Verde, and Laurel Apartments will have access to cut through the side of Levering Terrace University apartments, for shortcut to walk into Westwood or campus. Due to ongoing staffing shortages we are not able to provide the Bruin Meal Plan to students living off-campus for Fall 2022. We will continue to re-assess and let students know if we're able to offer it. Please note this meal plan is only applicable to the residential restaurants, in the on-campus community as well as Epic at Ackerman. However, students are still able to eat all other main campus restaurants.
