UCLA also owns and operates the Village Terrace and Park Wilshire condominium complexes located in Westwood Village and the Wilshire Corridor, respectively. These modern, luxury facilities require a six- or twelve-month lease, as well as a nonrefundable move-in elevator fee to the homeowners association.
In addition, UCLA owns and operates two single-family homes: Kneller House and Kinnard House. Both houses are close to campus.
Future faculty residents should contact the University Apartments Rental Office to schedule a move-in appointment. The rental office will provide complete directions to your complex at that time.
