Summer Housing in University Apartments
All University Apartments are fully furnished with a linen pack provided for each resident. Utilities included are: electricity, water, television, internet, and gas for cooking. Kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. Utensils are not provided. Coin operated washers and dryers are available in each building, and every apartment has its own mailbox in the building lobby.
One- or Two-Bedroom Apartments
Our one-bedroom apartments are shared by 2 or 3 people depending on the configuration of the unit. Our two-bedroom apartments are shared by 2 people or 4 people depending on whether there are 1 or 2 people in each bedroom. Each resident has a bed, desk, desk chair, and closet space in the bedroom. The bathroom(s), kitchen and living room/dining area are shared by all the occupants of the apartment.
We have a limited number of 1-person studio units which consist of a living area (no separate bedroom), a bathroom, and a kitchenette.
University Apartments Staff
Each apartment complex has an Apartment Resident Assistant (ARA) who lives in the building and is available to assist questions and maintenance requests. Residents may also complete a work order online at https://hhs.maximo.ucla.edu/portal/. If residents have other problems or questions, they may contact the University Apartments Administration Office Front Desk at 11020 Weyburn Drive or call (310) 983-1300. The Front Desk is open 24 hours a day.
Parking is available to residents on a space available basis at an additional charge to their summer housing contract. Residents are required to select a parking contract for the same period of time as their summer housing contract.
