Located in three different areas within the residential community, the residential plazas house over 5,600 undergraduates and include De Neve Plaza, Hedrick Summit, Rieber Terrace, Rieber Vista and Sunset Village. Most rooms in the plaza buildings will be shared by three students, but some rooms will have two occupants. Double and triple occupancy rooms are configured to either have a private bath for the room, or a shared bath between two rooms. The three newest buildings, Hedrick Summit, Rieber Terrace, and Rieber Vista also have single occupancy rooms, which are configured in ten-room suites. Each suite consists of two groups of five rooms with a shared bath, connected by a common living area. Plaza buildings are air-conditioned and wired for computer network connections and cable television. Each building features study space, lounges and laundry facilities. Meals are provided in nearby residential restaurants.
