UCLA’s newest highrise residence halls are co-ed, with separate community restrooms and showers for men and women. Most rooms in the residence halls will be shared by three students while the remaining rooms will have two student occupants. Residence hall amenities include air-conditioned, furnished rooms with basic cable TV service and computer network connections in every room, plus a laundry facility. 24-hour front desk services for mail and messages and a residential restaurant are nearby in the same complex. The new residence halls, referred to as Deluxe, are Gardenia Way and Holly Ridge in the De Neve Plaza complex and the Cove and Landing buildings in the Sproul complex.
